Very much worth it
Does it job well. I have used with my zafu pillow used it just with body and with Seiza bench. It held well.

I love the color, comfort, and durability of this mat!
I love the color comfort and durability of this mat! My wife and I have been using it for that past few months to help with our morning breathing. We live in a small space so size and storability is a big factor for us and this works perfectly for that. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a meditation mat.

Great comfort and support!
The size and thickness of this mat is perfect. It gives a great support and helped my legs feel comfortable in the lotus position. It's very well made of a good quality fabric. I bought the cushion to go with it and noticed a big difference in how much it helps to keep my spine straight and relief a pressure from my legs.

Great addition to meditation nook
This meditation mat is super comfortable and high quality. It's a good size and a perfect addition to our meditation nook.

Perfect size!
I love this zabuton. It feels durable -- the outer fabric feels nice like linen it’s well stuffed and yet it’s light and compact enough to take it on a car trip and use it in smaller spaces.I have a daily meditation practice and sometimes that means I’m sitting at friends/family’s houses when staying over. Having a portable zabuton like this one has helped support my practice since it can be rough sitting on a hard tile floor without something for the knees when not everyone you know has a zendo handy!This zabuton would also be great for meditation centers with limited space since it’s easier to fit more of them.I’m 6’ and 210 lbs but it’s still big enough for me to sit comfortably on.And as a bonus my dog knows he’s not allowed on it! :)
